Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities that align with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Focus on the holistic development of children through storytelling, art, music, play-based learning, and interactive activities.
- Monitor and assess student development across cognitive, social, and emotional parameters.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support the overall growth and wellbeing of students.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards as per institutional protocols.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with English as a medium of instruction).
- A diploma or certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)/Early Childhood Education or B.Ed. (Pre-Primary) from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with prior experience of 2–4 years in reputed pre-primary schools will be preferred.
