Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality classroom sessions for JEE (Advanced) aspirants in the respective subject.
Create comprehensive content including theory notes, tests, worksheets, and solutions.
Conduct regular performance analysis of students and offer academic counseling.
Mentor top-performing students through personalized guidance and advanced-level problem solving.
Collaborate with academic planners to develop question banks, test series, and exam strategy models.
Stay updated with the latest JEE exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
Experience: Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes teaching JEE aspirants is highly desirable. Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred.
Skills Required: Strong command over subject matter, excellent classroom delivery, communication skills, and understanding of JEE-level pedagogy.
