Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Hindi language instruction to students in the Primary Years Programme, aligning with IB PYP framework and learning outcomes.
Design engaging, inquiry-based lesson plans that foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for language learning.
Develop assessment strategies to evaluate student progress effectively, ensuring alignment with IB standards.
Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary projects and encourage holistic learning experiences.
Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that nurtures confidence, communication, and cultural appreciation.
Incorporate technology, interactive tools, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance language learning.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in Hindi or related field along with a B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Prior teaching experience in IB PYP curriculum is required. Candidates with hands-on experience in IB methodologies will be strongly preferred.
Strong command of Hindi language and proficiency in teaching young learners.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and foster a multicultural learning environment.
