1. HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong teacher and staff data pool.
  • Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare hiring reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in an educational setup.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and induction processes.

2. Academic Experts (CBSE/IGCSE/IB)

A. PGT Subject Experts – Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
  • IB/IGCSE/CBSE teaching certification preferred.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary level.

Skills:

  • Strong subject command and international teaching methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
  • Effective lesson planning, student evaluation, and parent communication.

B. MYP English Teacher (IB)

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in English with teaching credentials.
  • MYP (Middle Years Programme) certification is highly desirable.

Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IB/MYP curriculum.

Skills:

  • Student-centered teaching approach.
  • Innovative and inquiry-based pedagogy.

C. Art & Crafts / Painting Teacher

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts or Visual Arts.

Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years in a similar role, preferably in an international school.

Skills:

  • Ability to teach varied media: painting, crafts, design.
  • Curating school exhibitions and managing student art portfolios.
