Position Overview:
The Communications Executive will be responsible for managing the school’s internal and external communications, supporting branding initiatives, and ensuring smooth flow of information between the school, parents, staff, and the community. The role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple channels of outreach effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and manage school communication materials including newsletters, circulars, and announcements.
Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff to ensure timely dissemination of information.
Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website updates, and press releases.
Support branding and promotional initiatives of the school.
Manage parent communications, respond to queries, and provide updates on school events and activities.
Assist in organizing school events, campaigns, and media coverage.
Ensure all communications align with the school’s vision, tone, and policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Mass Media, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in communications, PR, or content management (preferably in an educational institution or corporate setup).
Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent editing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
Skills Required:
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, parents, and external stakeholders.
